- You will receive a time-sensitive code for the smart lock on the front door for contactless check-in and check-out.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- All guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after booking.
Property Access
- Access the upper unit of this duplex home through the large front deck with its own private entrance.
- This is a duplex home and you are booking the UPPER unit. There may be other guests in the lower unit. The two units do not share any common space or air systems and have separate entrances. You may rent both units for more space (6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 floors).
- Note: Outdoor area and storage shed are shared with both units.
Policies and Rules
- Minimum rental age is 25 years.
- No smoking allowed. E-cigarettes are also prohibited. You may only smoke 75 feet away from the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or near the house.
- No pets allowed. There is a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- No events allowed.
- Children allowed.
- The property is noise sensitive. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
- Minut smart home technology measures volume levels throughout the property for noise monitoring. Minut is privacy compliant and required on this property.
- The property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death resulting from use of the ladder.
- No weather-related refunds are offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended in winter weather.
Fees and Payments
- The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $95 set-up fee.
- Please ensure you have entered the correct number of guests as a per-person, per-night surcharge may apply to cover expenses. Contact us for a custom quote before booking if needed.

- Free flat parking area (no uphill driveway), easily accessed by town-maintained road.
